If a young man is old enough to get his girlfriend pregnant then he's old enough to take some responsibility.  You need to start by telling your parents first if you already haven't so they can meet with his parents to decide what to do.  If he is in school still and not graduated there is still no reason he couldn't work part-time and contribute something towards his own child. Both of your parents may feel you are too young to get married and most likely it will be your parents helping you bring up your child if you are still attending school, but you will still have all the responsibilities of motherhood once you step back into your parents home and well you should.  Hopefully his parents will commit to help out as well, but that sometimes isn't the case.

Your boyfriend is fearful, but if still in high school he's either not accepting his responsibility or has any respect for you or he's terrified.  You need to find out which one he is in this and go from there.
It isn't likely that the boyfriend is old enough to support his child and generally guys just walk away from this sticky situation and his now ex girlfriend will either have to give up the baby for adoption or hope that her parents will help her raise the baby.  It's a rough road and no more parties or good times while raising a baby.
