Advice on whether fat or not at 5 foot 5 114 lbs

I assume you're a teen? Boys call girls fat because it's a good way to make us feel insecure about ourselves so we'll spend all of our energy doing things to make sure they like us. Don't fall for it!

You're not fat. Even if you were it's none of his fucking business! If you're happy and you feel healthy and you eat healthy food and exercise then you are fine.

Yes, I'm 14 and my godbrother is 12 years old. The other day we were on the monkey bars and I cudnt do them anymore so he called me fat cus I cdnt do it. Should I lose weight? i look fat to me. anyway thanks!

Boys often say stupid stuff because they don't know what else to say. Their brains don't develop until they're about 100, and most of them don't live that long! You are not fat, given your height and weight. And it's like cookie said: it's none of anyone's damn business what you weigh. You probably couldn't do the monkey bars because you're like a lot of girls--no upper body strength! I could kick someone's ass with my legs, because I rode my bike and ice-skated a lot as a kid, but I couldn't slap a worm silly. Don't let anyone define who you are with words. You shape your character with your deeds and compassion as a person.
